cro: group 216 update: new boss move

remembered that I had wanted to come up with a boss move for The Epic Gill Cody. Here it is:

[BOSS MOVE: KILL THE PAST] - Gill fires a special antitachyon bullet that kills past events, undoing them and changing history. When he uses this boss move, two things happen: 

- The most recent success a player rolled is negated, and is treated as if the player had rolled a snake eyes (two 1s). The new consequences take effect immediately.
- The location around Gill drastically changes ( things like the Weather, Natural features and Structures, and the layout of the Battlefield ) due to the Butterfly Effect. )

The pdf has been updated to reflect the change

might do some more with this one in the future; i'd like to make 6 temporal versions of everyone like Toxic Wolf has, but not sure what that looks like yet so we'll see
