Hot Coffee

As the #1 Queer Ultrahuman Mercenary Dating Simulator on the market, FIST deserved some more ways for characters to get to know each other. Releasing it on Valentine’s Day, as part of a jam themed around “finishing”, was just a bonus.

Hot Coffee is a trait supplement for FIST: ULTRA EDITION that adds 6 new traits in the vein of the base game's SEDUCE trait; a collection of traits that allows characters to have "private retreats" with characters that want to Get With them. 

Despite the name, Hot Coffee is an intimacy mod more than it's a sex mod, and all of the traits involve fading to black and do not require anything sexual. Outside of a few uses of the word "fuck", this supplement is entirely SFW, leaving the level of engagement up to the group.

No matter how you view your romance options, Hot Coffee is intended to give players an option to trade narrative intimacy for mechanical rewards. The abilities are intended to be interesting and unique effects, balanced by the need to have an intimate moment with another person. If someone wants to minmax the effects by spending all mission hooking up, that's part of the intended experience, especially if you're exploring the motives and consequences of that tangled relationship web in-character.
