Minor Update

WORKED OUT - cute band-aid's effect and uses updated - 

new version: Cute Band-Aids (apply to a target to let them survive with 1HP the first time that they would die, one use, effect does not stack)

LAID PLANS - Official-looking paperwork changed from "consumable" to "one use". 

The intention of these items was always that they would return to you between missions, I didn't realize that the only trait item with "consumable" in the base game is WITCH's Odd Charm, which explicitly does not return between missions. So I updated it to the correct wording, and changed the effect of Cute-Band aid while I was at it to something that is less annoying to track. 

This should be the final version of this for now.
