Shortly after the assassination of the South Korean president. It is a time of widespread discontent in the country, with massive protests occurring frequently in most major cities. The government has prepared to declare martial law.

In this turmoil, United States intelligence sees an opportunity. At a disease response lab in Busan, a sample of a deadly virus will be stolen...

A mission for FIST about stopping a CIA "Red Cell" from unleashing a deadly virus on an unsuspecting populace. 

This is a submission to FIST: JAM OPS VI

TACTICS: A highly trained group of CIA insurgents is moving on a path through the city, planting viral bombs on strategic targets. Choose your approach: will you chase them on their route, set an ambush for them at a target, or go in loud and try to stop the Red Cell from stealing the virus in the first place?

ESPIONAGE: The country is already tense from a time of civil unrest and a brutal police crackdown. The actions of both FIST and the Red Cell may have repercussions that spiral out into more agitation and violence. 

ACTION: Gunfights, car chases, and a ticking clock before the whole city is infected. FIST is going to need to be at the top of their game to catch a highly trained squad of insurgents that specializes in toppling nations.
